Celebrate Grace in Virginia
The first event will occur in Chesapeake, Virginia, at the Roosevelt Memorial Park, where the Moseley and Walton families will gather. Family and friends will come together for a graveside ceremony as we lay Chanda to rest beside her father, Elmo Theodore Moseley. This ceremony will commence at 10:30 AM and conclude promptly at 12:00 Noon.
